I really appreciate that it offers a free subscription to test it out. That didn’t last long for me because I quickly wanted more of the benefits that came with the paid plan, and I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied with my purchase. This has truly been a game changer for pet sitters and boarding facilities. He really did his big one when he created this, and I’m glad I found it instead of settling for just anything. It feels like it was built exactly for what I was looking for. Thank you so much!

What I love most about Scritches is its modern design. The calendar is clean and color-coded, which makes tracking bookings so easy, and I love that it syncs seamlessly with both Apple and Google Calendar. The booking link is directly on my website, and I love how clients can easily see my availability. I especially love that pet parents can add a photo of their pet, create an account, and log in to manage bookings and request new ones. To me, that feels so personalized and professional, and I’m really happy about that. I can easily add my current clients, send welcome emails, track invoices (marking them as paid and noting the payment method), and keep everything organized in one place. The customer service is impeccable, [Lucas] has helped me with anything I’ve needed along the way. The report cards are absolutely adorable, and having intake forms, documents, and client tracking all in one system has made such a difference. I couldn’t be happier because I was struggling with other platforms where everything was separated and harder to manage. Now I’m able to utilize everything in one place. My favorite feature is being able to send invoices to clients by email or text, with multiple payment options available. That’s honestly the BEST feature. I’m excited to see future updates because I know it will only get better from here!

Scritches has been a game changer for my pet care business. I have tried many platforms over the years, but this one has been the best fit by far. For the past 6 years, I have been doing the bookkeeping of my business all by myself and old school. From using pen and paper, to have everything online and in one place now has been incredible! Some bug issues, but [Lucas] is always very quick to respond to inquires explaining what to do, or even fixing it in the software.

Scritches is exactly what I was looking for which was a software that matched my workflow, allowing clients to self-select their meet and greet dates, agree to my policies, fill out their forms, provide report cards and create invoices. It’s sleek and looks so nice and crisp . Some of the competitors are very clunky looking like they are from the 90’s and I feel that Scritches only further reinforces my company branding.

I was looking for pet sitting software that allowed clients to self book without being immediately hit by a login wall or needing to download an app. My desire was to make the booking process as clean and efficient as possible to appeal to millennials booking from bed at 11pm :) Scritches is perfectly aligned with my ideal customer who expects this sort of modern experience. Additionally, one of my requirements was the ability to have clients e-sign agreements and fill out intake forms as part of the onboarding process. The workflow is really intuitive for me. I absolutely love the look and feel of the app and can’t wait to keep growing my business. Any time I have an issue or notice a bug, it is handled within hours. Customer service is top notch.

I’ve been a pet sitter/boarder/walker for a while now and originally started out on Rover. I got pretty turned off by the lack of support, the high fees, and just feeling like I wasn’t in control of my own business. I started looking for something better—and that’s when I found Scritches. This platform really does tick all the boxes for me. It’s simple to use, makes me feel like I’m in charge of my business again , and actually supports independent sitters instead of making things harder (like deleting your account forever the second a client suggests going off app :/) The biggest highlight for me is [Lucas]. Honestly, it's hard to find anything negative to say, everytime I had a concern or question, they were answered prompty and with a solution provided. [Lucas] goes above and beyond for his customers.

It's been great! My clients and I are happy to have an organized space for all the things needed when providing pet care.

It makes everything so organized and I love having everything all in one place . Before I was just using Google calendar and chasing down invoices. My clients don't have to reach out all the time to see my calendar and they all seem happy.

Although everything is organized, there are few tweaks here and there and some features I'd love to see in the future. Thankfully Scritches/Lucas is very on top of all feedback, bugs, and enhancements!

How easy it is for a first time user to use, I have never set up a booking system before and Scritches made it super easy .

Both me and my clients seem to like the platform and its flexibility. The ability to have all of my pet biz information on one platform is super handy for me and clears alot of digital clutter. When I've reached out to customer support they've been super helpful. I hope to start using more features (like the report cards and scheduling) as my business grows, but for now this bit of automation is a great value for my small business.

For me - the scheduling feature is really nice as well as the ability for both me and my clients to view bookings/invoices through a shared portal. I also like that I can view my invoices and their status all in one place. We won't talk about the wild spreadsheet situation that used to be my system!

There are currently more features than what I'm using so I'm working up in my comfort level with each of them.

I love how scritches is so easy to use and everything is consolidated into one platform and has a portal that customers can login, manage their pets and book appointments, specifically overnight pet sitting.

I really love it. My clients get a kick out of the report card , and I love how it prompts for business reviews for multiple different platforms, not just for Scritches. It helps keep my schedule organized, and one stop for clients, requests, pet info, documents, invoicing, and personal schedule.

A bit complex for me when it comes to organizing, and finding forms, navigating. But at the same time, I think that's normal for understanding a new platform.

In starting our pet sitting business this year, it didn't take long to realize how challenging scheduling can be. The first software we tried simply wasn't built for this type of business, and after a good bit of research, we discovered Scritches. 100% game changer , and I'm glad we made the move early in our business instead of waiting.

Calander app is really in depth and helps me keep way better track of my clients and time. It makes it easier to manage bookings as i dont have to over-clutter my texts as much with so many people requesting bookings through text, Invoices help me gauge what my income will be like, and help make it a bit easier to track what ive made this year.

Fantastic. I have been with a other pet sitting for software for almost ten years and switched to Scritches. I love the calendar option where I can block dates and times, the client reports are adorable and all in all its very easy to use. The admin takes your requests for changes seriously and is constantly tweaking it to make it even better. I give them two paws up!

I love the personal client support, the appearance of the software and ease of use for my clients. The client reports for their pets is what really "sold" me, absolutely adorable .

Scritches has been a total game-changer for my small business! I offer mobile Vet Tech services, not exactly what the program is intended for. That being said, it is the only program I have found that helps with workflow, bookkeeping, and client scheduling. The program has been easy to set up, and the developer has been very responsive to feature requests. I feel like I know him personally! I recommend this to all my colleagues, and I am grateful to have stumbled across it.

It is a newer program so some features still need to be built out. The program was not designed for my needs so some features are not there. I have, however found workarounds and it has not been a problem!

Made for pet professionals, price, user interface

I have been apart of the beta team since the beginning and I'm amazed at how far the software has come with updates and the layout of everything. I was using Pet Sitter Dashboard prior which is similar to TTP and clearly outdated with customer support lacking along with invoicing issues. I'm very happy with my decision with switching and looking forward to seeing this software improve even more. If you want to ditch an outdated software , highly recommend going with Scritches!

Affordability, great customer support and feedback, easy to use on both sides, loving the report cards, and the booking page is a nice bonus.

It was a bit to get used to at first but once you play around with everything, its easy to figure out.

I’ve been running my own little pet sitting service for a couple years now, and switching to Scritches has been one of the better moves I’ve made . The interface feels clean and fresh. I’ve tried other systems and they all felt like someone built them in 2010. With Scritches I find myself clicking around naturally, instead of always thinking “ugh where is that button”. It doesn’t feel like I need a manual just to check my schedule or configure my business.

The booking system is the best I’ve seen. I used to piece things together with Square appointments, Calendly, and a few random forms to collect pet info and inquiries, but none of it felt made for sitters. Scritches on the other hand matches my whole process in one place, and the experience feels easy. I’ve always wanted my booking flow to feel as simple for clients as Rover makes it, but still under my own business, and that's finally possible. My clients also love it. I try to maintain a clean, modern, and well designed feel to my brand, and Scritches matches that perfectly. Cost wise: when you’re doing everything yourself and you’re counting every dollar, it matters. It’s refreshing to have something that doesn’t feel overpriced or packed with features I’ll never use.

There are a couple of small things I want to call out. For example, I’d like somewhat more flexibility over how booking notifications get sent to clients (email vs text vs nothing).

So far I have enjoyed Scritches. After using well known platforms and apps for years and constantly having glitches it became tiresome. I also have liked that Scritches has a fun approach to how pet report cards are shown. It's been extremely easy for clients to request bookings , and for me to limit how many visits per day to take on. In the past, not having that option would at times cause overbooking and a lot of extra work.

Scritches has been very easy for myself and clients to navigate. I like that it does not require an app, therefore less glitches and bugs. My clients have enjoyed seeing the "emotional" report cards and the emojis that show how their pets mood was during visits as well.

I’ve had a really good experience so far. Outside of the issues and bugs. Everything has gone smooth. The team is fast to respond to issues.

I really liked the easy interface and the minimal field to it. It’s definitely not hard to use . It’s not bulky at all.

So far so good! I'm a relatively new user, and I have had a pretty good experience so far. Setup was easy, I was able to "test" out services with dummy clients and setups. Their feedback/bug reports are amazing -- I almost always get a response quickly, which is super helpful.

I like that it is set up for people like me -- independent, no additional staff, and affordable! Intake forms was most appreciated.

I left Time To Pet back in 2017 when I stopped drop-in's and decided to focus solely on Private Home Boarding and switched to Square which I hated but I couldn't find a pet boarding software that worked for me at the time. Earlier this year, a pet sitter on Facebook recommended Scritches and although it does have features geared towards drop-in's as well, it does work pretty decently for my boarding service so I decided to give it a go and so far I'm pleased!

I do like the report cards both photo/video, the client portal and the online booking website. I'm still learning as I go but so far all is going well.

Overall, I've been really happy with the service. Invoicing is easy for both me and my clients , and the cost per month is minimal for what it offers me in return. It's nice to have everything in one place for quick reference, too. I'm a sole business owner (no employees) and it does all the things I need it to.
