The Growth plan is $49/month plus $12 per active staff member. You're only charged for staff who are assigned to at least one booking during your billing period. Business owners are never counted, and administrators are always counted as active. Staff without bookings that period won't appear on your invoice.

No, the Growth plan is billed monthly only since your active staff count can change month to month. Solo and Solo Pro plans offer both monthly and annual billing, and annual billing gets you 2 months free.
Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, you keep access through the end of your current billing period. You can also downgrade to the free Starter plan at any time. Your data stays safe.
Go to your account settings and pick a new plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, you keep your current plan's features until the billing period ends.
